Live Teller Machines, also known as ITM (Interactive Teller Machine), allow us to provide face-to-face service to our members through video technology with walk-up and drive-up machines. If you have ever talked to someone on Facetime or with webcam, it is very similar, but you are directly connected securely with an Ignite Credit Union service representative. Your Ignite representative can perform any financial transaction you typically perform in a drive-thru. Plus, this machine can also function like an ATM when you don’t need face-to-face assistance.
All Ignite Credit Union branches feature a Live Teller Machine (ITM).
Ignite Credit Union will never sell/give your mobile number to any third party nor will we use it for any marketing or solicitations when you text Ignite or provide us with your mobile number. We may use your mobile number for one-on-one communications only to provide support or to better your financial situation.
